So you may want to ask, who is the TYPICAL INVESTOR?

In 2010, the median investment property was purchased for $94,000. What this means is that you do not have to be rich to invest in real estate.

Here are some Investor Statistics from 2009:

· Median income for Investors was $87,000

· 39% of Investors made less than $75,000

· 58% of Investors made less than $100,000

What it boils down to is that investing in Real Estate should not scare you. It is a great form of investment to complement any portfolio.

Take a look at your Stock Portfolio, and any Money Market accounts you may have. Are you satisfied with your ROI (Return on Investment)?

Did you ever wonder why you can’t borrow $100,000 for Stock Market Investment from a bank, but you can get a mortgage loan for the same amount?

Give me a call if you have questions to discuss your Cash on Cash, and ROI with investment in real estate.
