The National Association of REALTORS has just released some great news about Oklahoma City. When compared to 372 other major cities across the United States, we are ranked #8 for cities that have Mortgages that are staying afloat.

Oklahoma City Statistics are:

Percentage of Homes that are underwater:  5.71%

12 Month Home Price change:  +0.83%

Unemployment:  5%

Additionally, Oklahoma City was rated 4th best by Forbes out of 372 Metropolitan Areas as the best city to buy a home.
