Buyer Types

The type of Buyer you are depends on your motivation to purchase a home.  For instance, if you are a First Time Buyer, you may need somebody who has the ability to lead you through the purchase process.

The First Time Buyer 

The Move Up Buyer

 Move Up Buyers could have different purchase requirements, as well.  Are they relocating to the area and they have to deal with a relocation company? Do they already know the area, but have another home to sell?  What type of financing is available to them?

The Investor

Investors come in many types.  Are you a First Time Investor who usually has little or no experience and wants guidance to make wise purchases; a Move Up Investor who possibly already has a home that can be rented and purchasing a Move Up home is their strategy for wealth development; a Portfolio Investor who is probably the most common investor and has experience. Has goals of purchasing a home every 1 to 3 years; a Performance Investor who purchases one or more properties per year and has quite a bit of experience; or a Rehab & Resell who purchases as often as possible and has quite a bit of experience. Normally looking for REO, short sale and probate properties.
